Project Objectives
The first goal was to remove manual scheduling from the mentoring workflow. The second goal was to reduce delays in payments and meeting coordination. Another goal was to give users live visibility into consultant availability. We also needed video links and payment tools inside one portal. The product had to work well for seekers, consultants, and admins. That made centralized booking control a core requirement.
