We wanted to improve the guest experience. A major goal was building a central hotel guest data platform. It synchronizes stay history, spend data, and survey feedback. The platform also converts raw information into clear alerts and campaigns. It brings every department notification into one dashboard.

AI was necessary because the platform had to process unstructured chat logs quickly and identify booking patterns without manual entry.   • The Intelligence Layer (Smart Tools):
    We built specialized trackers that monitor guest behavior. The Pre-Arrival Engagement module identifies upsell opportunities, while the Direct Channel engine promotes direct bookings over third-party sites.
  • The Action Layer (Task & Campaign Triggers):
    This module converts raw insights into immediate steps. It launches targeted marketing campaigns, triggers service recovery tasks after poor mid-stay reviews, and identifies guests who need special attention.
  • AI Guest Conversation Channel:
    To overcome WhatsApp group limits, we built an AI hotel booking chatbot. Guests interact privately to share arrival times and family travel details.
  • Internal Task & Alert System:
    Guest chat responses move into an automated front desk alert system. The software sends exact notifications to the right teams. Housekeeping gets room setup instructions, and the kitchen gets allergy and meal details.
  • Property Owner AI Assistant:
    We also built an AI assistant for property owners. It was trained on the hotel's internal data. Managers can ask direct questions about occupancy and operations and get fast, useful answers.
