The platform also needed strong voice support for multilingual intake. That requirement shaped the multilingual patient communication platform experience.

Another goal was to secure family profile management from one account. This created a more useful multi-user family health tracking system. The team also wanted a smarter pre-visit workflow for doctors. That is why we added an AI pre-visit symptom checker before consultations.

    Patients describe symptoms through a chat interface using integrated Speech-to-Text. The voice-enabled AI healthcare chatbot allows users to communicate naturally in their preferred language.
  • My AI Health Companion:
    A conversational chatbot designed to securely manage and retrieve a patient's entire medical history on demand.
  • Doctor Review & Consultation Workflow:
    The system acts as AI software for hospital administration by converting the patient chat into an organized summary. Doctors assess this pre-visit data, add physical findings, and use artificial intelligence test suggestions to complete reviews more quickly.
  • Gmail Fetch & Centralized Reports:
    A dedicated tab executes automatic retrieval of medical reports directly from the user's email, organizing historical lab results instantly.
  • Cross-Clinic Records Management:
    We built a detailed Records tab to show all consultations across different specialties. This enables cross-hospital patient data sharing so a new doctor can instantly see what previous doctors diagnosed.
  • Multi-Profile & New Medicines Tab:
    A streamlined view keeps all active medications organized. A single user can manage up to four individual profiles, making it an ideal medication dosage tracking app for daily family care.
